御殿場産真妻山葵

　　静岡県御殿場市で栽培される高級品種「真妻」のわさび。富士山麓のミネラル豊富な伏流水で育つ真妻わさびは辛味・甘味・風味のバランスが良く、すりおろした時の爽やかで清々しい香りと粘りが特徴。また、成長に時間がかかり、手間暇かけて丁寧に育てられるため生産量が限られ希少価値が高い。



Gotemba-produced Mazuna Wasabi

Mazuma wasabi is a high-quality variety grown in Gotemba City, Shizuoka Prefecure.Mazuma wasabi , which is grown in  the mineral-rich underground waters of the foothills of Mt.FUJI, has a good balance of spiciness, sweetness and flavor, and  is characterized refreshing, clean aroma and stickiness when grated.
 In addition, because it takes a long etime to grow and requires careful and laborious cultivation, production is limited and it is highly valuable.
